Here at Complex Tangents, we value the products and handle them with much love and care. We look after every single order manually, which means that mistakes may happen. 

In this Returns and Refunds Policy (RR), business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand Public Holidays. 

RR1. Faulty and Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or the incorrect size, please send us an email to hello@complextangents.com as soon as possible. Our friendly team will walk you through the process, evaluate and resolve the issue. 

RR2. Returns

If you want to return an item for any reason, please send us an email to hello@complextangents.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your delivery to begin the return process. Our friendly team will communicate with you to arrange shipment back to us for inspection. Please include your receipt in the email to streamline the process.

Please return all products in the SAME condition that you received, that is unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the return is packaged adequately, so that the products will not be damaged during transit. Upon inspection, if the returned product meet the return standard (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging), you will be refunded for the products returned. 

The return process may take 5-10 business days, depending on its complexity and shipment. 

Please note that the original shipping cost and costs involved in returning the products will not be refunded.

RR3. Refunds

Complex Tangents will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RR4. Right to Refuse Refunds

Complex Tangents reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if products are not returned in original condition.
